Abstract
Regional Original Revenue (PAD) is a crucial metric for assessing a region's financial stability. An growth in PAD enables local governments to fund public services and development on their own, independent of federal contributions. The purpose of this study is to examine how PAD in Lampung Province is impacted by the Minimum Wage (UMK), the quantity of eateries, and the number of hotels. These three factors are thought to represent regional economic trends, especially with regard to employment and the service sector. This study uses panel data analysis, a quantitative method that integrates time-series and cross-sectional data. Stata 17 software was used to examine secondary data that were gathered from the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), and other pertinent government sources. Eight regencies/cities in Lampung Province from 2014 to 2023 are included in the sample. The findings suggest that number of restaurants and hotels do not directly help to regional revenue development because it has no discernible impact on PAD. However, PAD is significantly positively impacted by the number of minimum wage, indicating that minimum wage are crucial in boosting regional revenue.
