Abstract
Adolescence is a dynamic transitional phase, characterized by significant physical, cognitive, emotional, and social changes. All of these changes have a complex impact on the learning process. In general, life in boarding schools follows a structured daily schedule, including mealtimes, study times, sleep times, and extracurricular activities. This differs from students in non-boarding schools, whose daily routines are more flexible compared to those living in dormitories. This study aims to analyze the differences in nutritional status, breakfast habits, sleep quality, and learning concentration between boarding and non-boarding high school students in Depok in 2025. This study used a cross-sectional design with a stratified random sampling technique. The sample size was 110 respondents, with 55 respondents from each school. Data analysis was performed using the Mann Whitney test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed significant differences in nutritional status (p = 0.016) and breakfast habits (p = 0.000) between boarding and non-boarding high school students. In contrast, no differences in sleep quality (p=0.560) or learning concentration (p=0.993) were found between students in boarding and non-boarding high schools. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in nutritional status and breakfast habits, but no differences in sleep quality and learning concentration between boarding and non-boarding high school students
