Abstract

Selecting the right spare parts Supplier is a crucial factor in maintaining the smooth operation of a workshop, particularly to ensure Service Quality, product availability, and procurement efficiency. The absence of an optimal Supplier selection process has led to several issues with spare parts Suppliers at Tukskuter Workshop, negatively impacting the workshop’s productivity. This study aims to determine the best alternative Supplier for Tukskuter Workshop using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The selection of criteria and sub-criteria was carried out using the cut-off point method, resulting in four main criteria and eleven selected sub-criteria. The Fuzzy AHP method was used to calculate the priority weights of each criterion and sub-criterion. Based on the Fuzzy AHP results, Quality was identified as the most important criterion in Supplier selection, with a weight of 0.337. Furthermore, based on the TOPSIS method, among the four Supplier alternatives evaluated, Supplier PJM obtained the highest preference value of 0.5954 and was therefore selected as the most recommended Supplier.
