Abstract
Instagram social media is currently used as a means for companies to promote their products through content uploaded by the company. Noice's presence in the audio streaming industry in 2018 encouraged this platform to optimize its digital marketing strategy through Instagram social media. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of @noice.id Instagram content (variable X) on the interest in purchasing paid content on the Noice application (variable Y). The theory used in this study is the Cognitive Response Theory. The research method employed is quantitative explanatory. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the research population being the followers of the Instagram account @noice.id, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The research data was then analyzed using simple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests using SPSS version 25. The results of the coefficient of determination test in this study indicate that the content of the Instagram account @noice.id has a 22.8% influence on the purchase interest in paid content on the Noice app. The results of the simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing indicate a significant influence between variable X and variable Y, and that any increase in the quality or intensity of Instagram content from @noice.id (Variable X) will be followed by an increase in purchase interest in paid content on the Noice app (Variable Y).
