Abstract
The main problem in the operational quality of cold storage is the number of damages to the cold storage of PT YIP company each period has increased from 2021 to 2023. Lean Six Sigma with DMAIC design is proposed to provide a solution to improve the problem of cold storage damage that continues to increase and cases of damage each period. In the define stage, problem identification is carried out using tools such as VOC, CTQ, waste analysis, and SIPOC Diagram, so that the CTQ results are obtained in the form of 5 categories of damage. The results of the application of lean six sigma design are in the form of 12 proposed improvement solutions and 4 suggestions for control solutions.
