Abstract
Tracer Study is a crucial tool for universities to evaluate the relevance of curricula and the quality of graduates by tracking alumni career paths. At Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ), the existing tracer study information system faced various issues, such as malfunctioning export features, lack of input validation, and outdated technologies that hindered maintenance. This research aims to develop a new and modern tracer study information system based on RESTful API that addresses the limitations of the old system and provides a data visualization dashboard to facilitate analysis. The system development method used is the prototype model, which includes requirement analysis, interface design, system development using Go with framework Gin as the backend and Vue JS as the frontend, and testing through the black-box method. The result of this study is a stable and efficient tracer study information system equipped with input validation features, Excel data export, and an interactive chart-based dashboard to support academic decision-making at UPNVJ.
