Abstract
CV. Lestari Motor, one of Honda's authorized dealers, faces significant challenges despite Honda maintaining its position as the market leader in Indonesia's motorcycle industry. These challenges include intense competition among motorcycle brands, rivalry between Honda dealers, and the growing trend of electric motorcycles. These conditions have resulted in suboptimal sales performance for the company. Therefore, strategic planning is required to identify the most suitable strategies for implementation. This study utilizes the IFE and EFE matrices, the IE matrix, the SPACE matrix, the SWOT matrix, and the QSPM method. The results identify 14 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 11 opportunities, and 8 threats. Based on the IE matrix, CV. Lestari Motor is positioned in quadrant IV, categorized as grow and build, while the SPACE matrix places it in quadrant I, categorized as aggressive. The SWOT matrix generates 11 alternative strategies, from which the most appropriate strategy is selected using QSPM. The SO3 strategy, which involves developing an information system to support real-time access to customer data, spare parts inventory, and dealer branch performance, is recommended to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making, achieving the highest STAS score of 5.85.
