Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, working capital, and leverage on the profitability of companies in the "other metals and minerals" sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study consists of 15 companies from the sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2023, determined using a saturated sampling technique. This research employs Panel Data Regression Analysis using EViews 13. Based on the tests conducted, the results show that liquidity, as proxied by the current ratio, has no significant effect on profitability. Working capital, as proxied by the working capital to total assets ratio, has a positive effect on profitability. Meanwhile, leverage, as proxied by the debt to equity ratio (DER), has a negative effect on profitability.
