Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, and Profitability. The population used in this study is primary consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2023. The sampling method was carried out using the purposive sampling technique, resulting in 22 companies as research samples with a total observation of 110 data. Data processing was carried out using the Panel Data Regression analysis technique using Eviews 13 software as an analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that Dividend Policy has no effect on Company value, capital structure has a significant effect on the Company, and profitability has no effect on Company value.
