Abstract
A good Accounting Information System must be able to cover various aspects, including sales transactions. This study was conducted to enable a procurement company to use an efficient and accurate Accounting Information System and to identify potential problems that arise. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that conducts interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The results of this study contain various documents and departments related to the sales cycle of PT. XYZ as the focus of the study to become a flowchart arrangement that is referred to in the results found. This study can also identify potential problems and recommend improvements such as redefining the jobdesk and responsibilities of each department, creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring and reporting performance, and utilizing accounting information system technology in the sales cycle.
