Abstract

The advancement of remote sensing and data modeling technologies enables innovative approaches to support sustainable development through spatial data analysis. This study aims to develop an interactive dashboard system using Power BI, integrating poverty index prediction and green investment potential based on satellite imagery and environmental indicators. The poverty index model was built using the CatBoost algorithm, trained on socioeconomic data and raster images processed via Google Earth Engine. The prediction results were combined with environmental factors such as air pollution, vegetation cover, and carbon emissions to generate an investment potential score. This process was implemented through ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) stages and visualized in an interactive dashboard designed to assist policymakers in making data-driven decisions. The system provides a transparent, measurable, and efficient method to prioritize strategic regions for sustainable financing
