Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged professional organizations such as INKINDO (Ikatan Nasional Konsultan Indonesia) to adopt digital systems in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of managing data related to non-construction service enterprises. Currently, the process of data collection and certification is still carried out manually or using systems that are not yet integrated, leading to various administrative challenges. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application called SIMJANOKON (Non-Construction Services Information System) as a digital solution to support the data collection process, document management, and verification of enterprise information in a more structured and efficient manner. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application is designed using the Laravel framework with a multi-level user role concept, such as business entity users, validators, accessors, BSAN admins, and BSAP admins. The final result of this research is a prototype of the SIMJANOKON application that features business entity data input, legal document upload, data validation by relevant parties, and application status tracking. With this system, it is expected that the administrative and service processes for non-construction services within INKINDO will become more effective, transparent, and nationally integrated.
