Abstract
The Faculty of Computer Science at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta faces challenges in managing its growing collaboration data. The current process relies on a manual system using several separate software applications, such as Microsoft Word for document creation, Google Sheets for data collection, and Looker Studio for dashboard visualization. This fragmented platform leads to several issues, including time inefficiency, risk of data inconsistency, and low scalability. This research aims to design and build a centralized website-based information system named FIKOLLAB to address these problems. The system design method uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), which includes Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams to model the system's functionality. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with the PHP and JavaScript programming languages. Functional testing was performed using the Blackbox Testing method. The result of this research is the FIKOLLAB website, which successfully integrates the processes of document creation, centralized database management, and data visualization through a dynamic dashboard. The test results from 22 use case scenarios showed a 100% success rate, indicating that the system functions according to its functional requirements and can serve as an effective and efficient solution for cooperation management within the Faculty of Computer Science.
