Abstract
This study aims to examine the procedure for disbursing village funds in Rawa Badak Selatan Village. Village funds are part of the central government's fiscal policy to encourage accelerated development at the village level. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the procedure for disbursing funds has been implemented in accordance with applicable provisions, starting from the planning, submission, disbursement, to accountability stages. There are two disbursement systems used, namely the Direct Payment (LS) and Money Replacement (GU) systems, which are adjusted to the type of activity. The obstacles faced include administrative delays and uneven understanding of regulations. This study suggests the need to increase human resource capacity, digitize the administrative process, and routine evaluation to improve the effectiveness of village fund management.
