Abstract

This project aims to analyze the application of a cloud-based accounting system using Accurate Online in supporting the learning process in recording financial transactions in an MSME. Accurate Online is a web-based accounting software that provides convenience in recording, managing, and reporting finances in real-time. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach, where data is collected through direct observation, interviews with company parties, and documentation of financial transactions. The observation results show that the application of Accurate Online helps improve the efficiency of recording transactions, reduce the risk of human error, and facilitate the preparation of financial reports automatically and on time. Thus, the use of Accurate Online has proven effective in improving the quality of financial information and supporting managerial decision making. This study also recommends regular training for finance staff so that the utilization of Accurate Online features can be more optimal.
