Abstract

Digitalization in the conventional workshop sector remains very limited, particularly in terms of service promotion and operational management efficiency. This study aims to design and develop a workshop operational management application named eBengkelku using the Flutter framework, with a case study focused on Kelurahan Bintara, Bekasi Barat. The development method employed is the waterfall model, which consists of problem identification, requirements analysis, system design using UML, application implementation, and testing using the black box method. Based on the results of the analysis and development, a single application (eBengkelku) was successfully implemented, featuring 18 functions from the user side and 23 functions from the workshop side. These features include workshop search, service booking, reminders, inventory management, and transaction recording. Testing results indicate that all features function as intended. Therefore, the eBengkelku application is considered capable of addressing the limited digitalization challenges faced by conventional workshops, while providing convenience and efficiency for both customers and workshop owners in managing their activities.
