Abstract
Efficient inventory control of raw materials is a vital component for the success of culinary enterprises, including Taka-Yaki. Despite its importance, the business continues to face obstacles such as manual tracking of stock levels, frequent inaccuracies in data entry, and the lack of real-time inventory visibility. This study proposes the development of a web-based inventory management application aimed at improving the precision and effectiveness of stock oversight. The system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach and implemented with the Laravel framework, covering the phases of requirement analysis, user interface design, development, and deployment. Results from blackbox testing confirmed the system’s ability to meet functional requirements. The application’s deployment significantly reduced manual errors and led to notable gains in the overall efficiency of inventory operations.
