Abstract
The Faculty of Computer Science at UPN “Veteran” Jakarta faces challenges in managing and visualizing data efficiently. Academic, financial, and student status data are still processed manually, making it difficult for faculty leaders to make timely, data-driven decisions. This study aims to develop a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard that transforms complex data into interactive and insightful visualizations. The development process adopts the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method due to its iterative nature and strong emphasis on user involvement. The research stages include data collection through observation and interviews, user needs analysis, UI/UX design, and implementation using Flask framework and Chart.js technologies. The resulting dashboard presents visualizations of student status, GPA, course registration (KRS), and tuition payment (UKT). Testing was conducted using the blackbox method, and all features met the functional requirements with 100% success rate. This system is expected to serve as an effective tool for faculty stakeholders in monitoring academic and financial trends, thereby enabling faster, more strategic, and data-informed decision-making processes within the faculty
