Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has supported various industries in transitioning to digital platforms, including the furniture sales industry. Indonesia Furniture, a company specializing in the sale of teak wood furniture, still relies on a traditional sales system centered around physical showrooms. This approach limits market reach and results in low efficiency in managing sales data and inventory. This study aims to design a web-based sales system to improve operational efficiency and expand the company's market coverage. The development method employed is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which accelerates system development through iterative processes involving direct user feedback. In addition, the PIECES framework (Performance, lnformation, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service) is used to analyze the existing system’s issues and evaluate the proposed solution. The system is developed using the Laravel 11 framework and includes two types of users: admin and customer. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance the sales performance and service quality of Indonesia Furniture.
