Abstract

PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia is a company operating in the manufacturing industry. The development of information technology in the digital era has become one of the references for organizations or companies in carrying out their operations. The need for information technology in the workplace is becoming increasingly pressing. In the workplace, companies are faced with the need to integrate information technology into various aspects of business in order to remain competitive in the market. Therefore, companies often require the assistance of PIC Project. In its implementation, PIC Project often face difficulties in managing these projects. As a solution to this problem, the "Design of Collaborative Information System for Web-Based Information Technology Project Management" was developed. The result of this research is the creation of a web-based information system that can be used to plan and execute projects in the field of information technology. The information system is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, supported by the Apache web server, and uses the MySQL database. This system will assist companies in managing information technology projects from planning to implementation.
