Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication strategies used by M Bloc Market in building a brand image as a local marketplace through Instagram social media. With a qualitative approach, this research explores the content, communication style and interactions implemented by M Bloc Market to reach audiences and strengthen brand identity. Data was collected through observation of M Bloc Market's Instagram activities, in-depth interviews with the marketing team, and analysis of supporting documents. The research results show that M Bloc Market uses a communication strategy based on creative visual content, authentic narratives and messages that prioritize local values. The use of Instagram features, such as feeds, stories and reels, is maximized to increase engagement with the audience. Apart from that, collaboration with local communities and influencers also plays a role in building an image as a marketplace that supports local products. This research confirms the importance of consistency in brand communication on social media to create emotional connections with audiences and strengthen brand image.
