Abstract
Standard Operational Procedures for wound care aim to regulate the steps that must be taken to ensure that wound care is carried out systematically in accordance with clinical standards (Saragih, 2020). Nurses' compliance in implementing wound care SOPs is important to ensure that every care step is carried out in accordance with established standards. This study aims to analyze the relationship between compliance with the implementation of wound care SOPs and other factors such as age, gender, length of work and education. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using Crosstab to find out the picture between variables. The study population was cempaka and flamboyant inpatient rooms. Data collection used total sampling with 53 nurses. The research results showed that for the SOP implementation variable, there was (69.8%) high implementation and (30.2%) low implementation, while for the compliance variable, there was (52.8%) low compliance, (47.2%) high compliance. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the treatment has implemented good wound care SOPs. However, hospital management needs to evaluate nurses whose SOP implementation is low.
