Abstract
Disruption of work-life balance among construction workers can reduce productivity, cause perceptual disturbances, and increase risk of workplace accidents. This study identify factors influencing work-life balance among 81 PT X construction workers in 2024 using a cross-sectional design. Data analysis was done by simple logistic regression test and multiple logistic regression. The sample in this study consist 81 construction workers from PT X, uses saturated sampling as sampling method. This study analyzes physical workload, mental workload, age, education level, and marital status as independent variable, and work life balance as dependent variable. 41 PT X construction workers have a high level of work life balance. Results showed 41 workers had a high level of work-life balance, with significant associations found between physical workload (p = 0.038) and education level (p = 0.041). Physical workload emerged as the most influential factor (POR = 5.192). It can be inferred that the variables related to the level of work life balance in construction workers PT X is the physical workload and marital status. The company is expected to improve work and rest schedules to establish a regular cycle and align workforce needs with progress demands to maintain ideal workloads and optimize work-life balance.
