Abstract

The Integrated Service Unit (ULT) of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta faces challenges in managing queues that are less efficient due to manual and non-integrated systems. This research aims to develop a Flutter and WebSocket-based mobile application that enables real-time queue registration and monitoring. This application is designed to improve the operational efficiency of ULT while providing a better experience for visitors and staff. The methodology used in the development is Extreme Programming (XP), with stages including planning, design, coding, and testing using the Black Box Testing method. This technology-based solution includes integration between mobile applications for visitors and web-based system management applications for staff. The test results show that this application is able to reduce waiting time, improve queue data accuracy, and facilitate service history analysis. This research is expected to be a reference for the development of similar systems in other academic environments
