Abstract
Early detection is an essential effort to prevent and reduce the incidence and mortality rates associated with cervical cancer. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of the CERVISAFE website on the knowledge, attitudes, and willingness of women of childbearing age to undergo early cervical cancer detection in the Sukabumi Health Center UPTD area. The research utilized a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The participants consisted of women of childbearing age (WUS) who were part of the free IVA screening program at the Sukabumi Health Center UPTD. Data were collected using a questionnaire that assessed knowledge, attitudes, and willingness to undergo early cervical cancer detection. The results, analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, revealed a significant improvement in knowledge and attitudes before and after the intervention (p-value 0.000). Additionally, the McNemar test showed a significant increase in the willingness to participate in cervical cancer screening (p-value 0.000). The average knowledge score increased from 12.47 to 15.17, while the attitude score rose from 27 to 36. Furthermore, the number of respondents expressing interest in cervical cancer screening increased from 21 to 30 following the intervention. These findings suggest that interventions leveraging information technology, such as the CERVISAFE website, can significantly enhance awareness and motivation among women of childbearing age to undergo cervical cancer screening. Thus, the development and utilization of digital educational tools are crucial for supporting community-based reproductive health program
