Abstract
This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of Bank Mandiri Taspen's digital banking application on the level of customer satisfaction at the Pondok Gede branch. Based on the results of a survey involving application users, it was found that this application has a positive impact on user experience, especially in terms of information access, transaction convenience, and service speed. The majority of respondents showed a high level of satisfaction with various application features, although there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as security and personalization of services. Most customers feel safe using the application, but a small number want improvements in aspects of data protection and transactions. In addition, customers also expect increased personalization of features to meet their individual needs. Overall, this application has the potential to further improve customer satisfaction through continuous innovation and attention to feedback provided by users.
