Abstract
In fact Artificial intelligence (AI) has taken many roles in the marketing business field such as making advertisements. with Artificial intelligence (AI) making more and more advertising innovations today. the author's research wants to explain how the process of conducting research and procedures for carrying out research and research strategies used. this research the author uses normative research methods which means that the problems raised and discussed by writing, focus on the application of rules and morals that exist in positive law. Comparison of the use of AI in Indonesia and in China, where Indonesia does not yet have regulations governing the use of AI, therefore the regulations still do not exist but for the current regulation it regulates to protect victims who are harmed and punish abusers and while China already has rules or regulations governing the use of AI from the roots, namely by emphasizing that container owners must follow existing regulations. in the future Indonesia when making regulations can transplant from China where the regulations are still relevant in Indonesia.
