Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of democratic quality, human quality, and population on economic growth in 34 provinces of Indonesia during the period of 2018-2024. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with a sample size of 204 observations. The results indicate that democratic quality, human quality, and population have a positive and significant impact on economic growth. Furthermore, simultaneous analysis also shows that these three variables collectively contribute to the enhancement of economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening democratic quality and human resources, as well as effective population management as key factors in driving economic growth in Indonesia.
