Abstract
Economic growth is an indicator of a region's ability to increase the output of economic activity while improving the standard of living of its population in the long term. This indicator is included in the implementation target of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program point 8, namely decent work and economic growth. The right policies and implementation steps can lead a region to achieve success. This study uses a quantitative approach with the aim of analyzing the effect of minimum wage, open unemployment rate, and labor force participation rate on economic growth. The population includes 8 cities/districts in Banten Province for 10 years, from 2014 - 2023. The total sample used was 80 data, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research method uses Panel Data Regression Analysis and Robustness Test Sensitivity Analysis with STATA-17 software and a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of the test obtained, partially (1) the minimum wage has a significant positive effect on economic growth, (2) the open unemployment rate has a significant negative effect and (3) the labor force participation rate has a significant negative effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, (4) minimum wages, open unemployment rates, and labor force participation rates have a significant positive effect on economic growth, and (5) in sensitivity assumptions, minimum wages and open unemployment rates consistently produce the same value while the labor force participation rate changes.
