Abstract
This study focuses on the analysis of economic growth dynamics through the evaluation of GRDP as the main indicator of regional development. Using the Purposive Sampling approach, researchers collected 88 observation data from the Central Statistics Agency, covering 8 Provinces of Indonesia in the period 2013-2023. The research methodology applies panel data analysis with the Random Effect Model (REM) through stata 17 software, to explore the influence of three key variables: Investment, Number of Foreign Tourists, and Inflation on economic growth. Investment is proven to provide a significant positive contribution to economic growth. Conversely, the Number of Foreign Tourists shows a significant negative influence. Meanwhile, Inflation does not show a significant influence. The three variables together show a relationship to economic growth, although with varying intensity of influence.
