Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial performance, including liquidity represented by LDR, efficiency represented by BOPO, and credit risk represented by NPL, on profitability represented by ROA in banks with core capital between IDR 6 trillion to IDR 14 trillion, or KBMI 2 banks. The study involves a sample of 12 banks that are part of KBMI 2, selected using purposive sampling. The data used covers a period of 3 years, resulting in a total of 36 data points for analysis. Data processing is carried out using a panel data regression model with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The results show that efficiency has an impact on profitability, while liquidity and credit risk individually do not show an impact on profitability.
