Abstract

This research seeks to examine the influence of financial literacy, saving habits, and future-oriented attitudes on the retirement fund planning of civil servants (PNS) in Indonesia. Adopting a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires completed by 400 respondents from various provinces. The analysis employed the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to assess both the measurement and structural models. The findings reveal that financial literacy, saving habits, and future orientation significantly affect retirement fund planning, with future orientation emerging as the most impactful factor. These results highlight the importance of enhancing financial literacy, fostering positive saving practices, and encouraging future-oriented mindsets among civil servants to better prepare them for retirement and ensure financial security in their later years.
