Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on Kopi Jago customers in South Jakarta). The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 123 respondents through non-probability sampling techniques. The sampling technique was carried out by nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The data used is primary data and data collection through questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, also price has a positive influence on customer loyalty. Furthermore, product quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, but product quality has no effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Then, product quality has a positive influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research provides practical implications for Kopi Jago to continue to improve product quality and design effective marketing strategies in building customer loyalty through customer satisfaction
