Abstract
This study aims to determine how system quality, service quality, and ease of use affect user satisfaction of the tax e-Filing system for individual taxpayers. Using a quantitative approach of primary data and a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Data analysis using SmartPLS. Determination of the sample using a non-probability sampling method with the Snowball sampling technique. 127 samples of individual taxpayers were obtained which could be processed using the Structural Equation Model. The results show that system quality and ease of use have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction of the tax e-Filing system for individual taxpayers. However, service quality does not have a significant effect on user satisfaction of the tax e-Filing system for individual taxpayers.
