Abstract
This study is titled "The Influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Promotion on Repurchase Intention in Pempek Reggi MSMEs, East Jakarta." The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze, and empirically test the significant influence of product quality, service quality, and promotion on repurchase intention in Pempek Reggi MSMEs, partially. The research utilized data collected from a population located in East Jakarta, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through offline questionnaire distribution using the Google Forms platform. The sampling technique employed in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data processing was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis, further analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis indicate that the variables of product quality, service quality, and promotion have a significant influence on repurchase intention in Pempek Reggi.
