Abstract
Objective: The quality of health services is the degree of excellence of services that meet professional standards and established service standards. The level of excellence in the quality of health services is assessed based on the service quality theory, which consists of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. The aim of this study is to determine and assess the relationship between the comparison of health service quality of Bpjs and General Patients RSUD Bantargebang in 2024. Methodology: This study is an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional design. The sample for this study includes all BPJS and independent patients registered at RSUD Bantargebang who include the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique is using consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed using the chi-square method through SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) computation. Results: The majority of respondents 58.8% of patients rated the quality of healthcare as good in the tangible dimension, 63.7% in reliability, 60% in responsiveness, 60.6% in assurance, and 65.6% in empathy. There is no significant relationship in all dimensions tangible (p=0.054), reliability (p=0.511), responsiveness (p=0.519) assurance (p=0.418), and empathy (p=0.618) with (p > 0.05) and no differences were found between BPJS and independent patients Conclusion: All dimensions of healthcare quality at Bantargebang General Hospital were rated as good, with no significant relationship or difference in the quality of healthcare provided to BPJS and self-paying patients
