Abstract

Administrasi Medika (AdMedika) is a company that provides administrative services for health insurance claims. As AdMedika continues to grow, the volume of data generated by the company has also increased, particularly data related to the performance of employees in the customer care division. This data has created a need for monitoring and evaluating customer care employee performance so that the company can develop programs to enhance employee productivity, which in turn impacts the company’s profitability. The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used to assess employee performance include total productivity, total cases handled, occupancy percentage, and performance percentage. The objective of this study is to develop a data mart and dashboard as tools for monitoring the performance and productivity of customer care employees. The methodology employed is the business dimensional lifecycle, developed by Ralph Kimball, which outlines the comprehensive development of business intelligence, from general business requirements to the implementation of ETL processes and BI applications. The outcome of this study is a data mart focused on customer care employee performance, consisting of four tables created through the Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) process using Pentaho. This data mart serves as the foundation for creating a business intelligence dashboard using Tableau. The dashboard was then evaluated and validated by customer care users using the System Usability Scale (SUS), achieving a score of 80, which indicates that the dashboard is well-received and meets the desired requirements.
