Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of service features, ease, and trust in the satisfaction of mobile banking system users, especially among Generation Z. This research is a quantitative study that uses primary data with questionnaires and likert scales as measuring tools. This research uses Generation Z with a 17-27 age range that uses mobile banking applications as samples. Determination of samples using non-probability sampling methods, especially through the application of accidental sampling techniques. The sample obtained in this study totaled 100 respondents. Data analysis using SmartPLS with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The test results showed that service features and ease had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mobile banking system users in Generation Z. However, trust has no significant effect on the satisfaction of mobile banking system users in Generation Z.
