Abstract
This study is a quantitative research aiming to empirically examine the influence of intellectual capital, dividend policy, and operating cash flow on stock returns. This study uses a control variable that is firm size and leverage as measured by the debt to equity ratio (DER). The sample consists of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period, selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 225 research samples. The hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the STATA 17.0 application. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that intellectual capital have a positive effect on stock returns, while dividend policy and operating cash flow has no effect on stock returns.
