Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, financial performance, capital expenditure on firm value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. This study uses a purposive sampling technique and produces a total sample of 99 companies. In this study, research data was obtained from all technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021 - 2023. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with STATA v.17. The findings of this study indicate that intellectual capital and capital expenditure have no effect on firm value. While financial performance has a positive effect on firm value. Then, managerial ownership has not shown its ability to strengthen the relationship between financial performance and capital expenditure on firm value. However, managerial ownership is able to strengthen the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value.
