Abstract
This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of the Director of PT. Vega Prima Insurindo (Insurance Broker) for unlawful acts that cause the Insured's claim to be rejected and to analyze what legal remedies the Insured can take for rejection of insurance claims due to the Directors' Unlawful Acts. The approach method in this research is normative juridical. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. Data sources consist of secondary data which is divided into primary and secondary legal materials. The data collection used is literature, documentaries. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the action of embezzling premiums carried out by directors so that the insured's claim is rejected by the insurance company will have an impact on personal responsibility in accordance with Article 97 of the Company Law. Directors can be asked for compensation for the unlawful acts committed. Meanwhile, the legal remedy that can be taken after a criminal decision is to submit a claim for compensation to the Director of PT. Vega Prima Insurindo.
