Abstract
The conflict in Afghanistan is a protracted conflict that was initially caused by various foreign invasions in the country, the long history that occurred between Afghanistan and the United States trying to build peace and eradicate the roots of terrorism could not work as expected. The dispute between the Afghan government and the Taliban has always been a common tradition that has never been resolved, even when the United States government's 20-year presence in Afghanistan was not enough to bring about peace and security stability. The Doha Agreement which became the end of the United States' journey to continue to exist in Afghanistan was made, but the implementation of the United States to continue to comply with the Doha Agreement is a research object to be researched by the author. The Descriptive Qualitative Research Method that researchers use is expected to be the answer to explain the United States' obedience and the realization of the Doha Agreement in the Afghan Conflict. The Doha Agreement in 2020, which was an effort by the United States and the Taliban to be able to establish communication with the aim of realizing peace in Afghanistan, did not bring real results to bring peace in Afghanistan.
