Abstract

To increase the personal competence of every Indonesian, the government created a policy for the Independent Campus Learning Program. One of the programs is Certified Internship, where students will get experience working with internship partners for 1 to 2 semesters. PT So far, the core and fibrosis department is still screening each intern and recording key points. This research aims to create a decision support system for recommendations for independent campus internship students so that it makes it easier for the Core & Fiberization Department to accept independent campus internship students. The researchers chose a profile matching approach in preparing the study because it focuses on the skills possessed by core and replacements required for one or more positions in the fibrosis sector. The intended outcome is a decision support system for admission to independent campus interns (RIMA PUSAKA) A contour matching approach was used in the core and fibrotic sectors.
