Abstract
Online patient registration is an example of the application of technology in the health sector which has benefits for improving services, especially increasing patient satisfaction. Several problems occurred at Puskesmas Pondok Sukmajaya in the online patient registration service, including technical difficulties where sometimes the system on the website had errors, had not been integrated into the Mobile JKN App, etc. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the online registration system on patient satisfaction using the Service Quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. Data collection used questionnaire to 105 online registration patients. The results of this research showed that the average of expected score (4,85) and perceived score (4,12) with service quality gap (-0,73). There are 6 statement items in quadrant I based on Importance Performance Analysis which are considered important and are the main priority that need improvement.
