Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze the legislative arrangements regarding cyberstalking crimes in Indonesia and to determine and analyze the legal protection of victims of cyberstalking crimes in Indonesia. This research uses normative juridical methods, because the focus of attention in this research is the criminal law formulation policy regarding cyberstalking, both the current positive law (ius constitutum) and the aspired law (ius constituendum). Based on this, in terms of the data, this type of research is research that uses the type or type of normative legal research. The research results that cyberstalking is a recurring crime using technology to spread hate speech, threats, or intimidation, causing fear and anxiety for the victim. This crime violates privacy and human rights and can endanger lives. The state protects the public with regulations such as the Criminal Code, ITE Law, and Personal Data Protection Law, and provides preventive and repressive legal protection to victims through assistance at every stage of the legal process.
