Abstract

The role of the judge in a connectivity trial can be determined based on the results that have been determined by a permanent team formed based on a joint decision letter from the Minister of Defense and Security and the Minister of Justice where from the results issued a composition will be formed in a connectivity trial to determine which judge will preside The conduct of a connectivity trial, while the prosecutor or military prosecutor in a connectivity trial is carried out by conducting joint research by the Prosecutor or High Prosecutor and the Military Prosecutor or High Military Prosecutor based on the results of research conducted by the Prosecutor's Office investigator and the Military Prosecutor so as to reach a conclusion about the relative competence of the court. which will be used.
