Abstract
Bogor City is the first with 11,332 TB cases. Followed by Sukabumi and Cianjur with 4,255 and 3,684 cases in 2021. TB loss to follow up cases at Dompet Dhuafa Integrated Health Hospital has a percentage above ten (18.9%), which means it is still a problem in treating Tuberculosis. The study was conducted from March to June at Dompet Dhuafa Integrated Health Hospital. This study used a cross-sectional design with univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test, and multivariate using a reg-loc test. The population of this study amounted to 868 patients and the sample used a total sampling technique. The data obtained was secondary data from RST Dompet Dhuafa through the Tuberculosis Information System. The dependent variable was the incidence of pulmonary anti-TB drug withdrawal. The independent variables were age, gender, education, occupation, distance, history of DM, and HIV status. The results of the analysis showed that the factors associated with drug withdrawal only included gender (p-value=0.000; POR=0.52). The gender factor is the most dominant variable in the incidence of drug withdrawal in pulmonary TB patients at the Dompet Duafa Integrated Healthy Home Hospital in 2022. Special interventions are needed to improve treatment compliance in male patient.
