Abstract
The issue of lack of accuracy in planning drug needs can have a negative impact on hospitals and patients. Common mistakes occur in hospitals because they are not in accordance with the planning guidelines set by the Ministry of Health. This research was conducted to identify the inhibiting and supporting factors regarding the accuracy of drug planning in the pharmacy unit of Kalideres Regional Hospital. This research was conducted using a descriptive study design with a qualitative method with a case study approach, where researchers obtained data from in-depth interviews and document review. The accuracy can be seen from the drug availability report by looking at the amount of inventory with the amount used and the suitability of the budget planned and provided for the period 2023.The calculation results of the drug planning accuracy indicator based on the comparison of the amount of drugs fulfilled from the planning made with the amount used in the pharmaceutical unit of Kalideres Hospital in table 6 amounted to 99.72%. The standard value for this indicator is 100%. The percentage of the comparison between planning and drug fulfillment is 99.72%, which when viewed from the indicator is quite appropriate but not perfect where the indicator that must be achieved is 100%.
