Abstract
Sexual violence against children is a reproductive health issue of concern because of the increase in the number of sexual violence cases in Bogor City from 62 cases (2022) to 76 cases (2023). Study aims to analyze determinants of sexual violence among adolescents at SMK "C" Bogor City. The study design was cross-sectional and simple random sampling. The population was 10th and 11th grade students with a sample size of 150 adolescents aged 15-18 years. Data were analyzed bivariately using chi-square and multivariately using multiple logistic regression. Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of sexual violence in adolescents was 56%. Bivariate analysis showed that gender (p-value=0.046), self-esteem (p-value=0.026), social media use (p-value=0.032), parenting (p-value=0.000), family disharmony (p-value=0.001), and peers (p-value=0.007). From six stages of multivariate modeling, it is known that peers have a p-value<0.05 with a POR = 2.345 (95% CI = 1.061─5.181). Thus, there is a relationship between gender, self-esteem, social media use, parenting, family disharmony, and peers to sexual violence in adolescents at SMK "C" Bogor City with the most influential factor being peers. Adolescents are advised to strengthen their knowledge through education related to sexual violence, be more selective in choosing a peers, access professional health assistance.
