Abstract

The study discusses the strategy of selecting coffee raw material Suppliers for Coffeeshop Linear, a coffee shop operating in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. Based on the calculation with the AHP method, it is obtained that priority criteria in the selection of Suppliers are set, with quality as the most important factor followed by warranties & claim products, price, and delivery. For alternative ratings using the TOPSIS method indicates that Tuangcoffe is the best choice as a Supplier with the highest preference value of 0.888, followed by Lit.Coffee with the preferential value of 0.527 and Indocoffee.supply with the value of preference of 0.223. Implications of this research can help Coffeeshop Linear in improving the quality of its products through the right selection of Suppliers.
